We want you to feel confident shopping with Mori Fresh. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care, laundry care, shoe care, and freshness products, returns may only be accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used body care, laundry care, shoe care, sock care, and personal freshness products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

If your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved damaged, incorrect, or defective item.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
